Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or pricing errors.

Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Additional payment methods may be added in the future.

Shipping

Delivery times and fees vary by governorate as detailed on our Shipping & Returns page. STIL is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery under the conditions listed on our Shipping & Returns page.
